We want to take action to create a society where everyone has access to the necessary tools to take control of their lives.
That’s why we carry out a range of social initiatives aimed at reducing inequality, with the full involvement of our team of collaborators to make it happen.

2023
We worked with 13 NGOs and more than 175 Palladium Hotel Group volunteers on 21 social integration and leisure activities that focused on reducing inequality and allowing people with disabilities or at risk of social exclusion to achieve their dreams.
An excellent opportunity to put our professional expertise at the service of individuals facing social exclusion, helping them find meaningful employment. We invited them to the hotel to explore various trades firsthand, share moments with the team, and enjoy meals and snacks together. We also had the opportunity to play an inclusive game of basketball, visit an aquarium, and participate in other leisure and sports activities alongside individuals with intellectual disabilities.
This was all made possible thanks to Fundación Raíces, Fundación Integra, Fundación Prodis, ASPANRI, Fundación El Gancho, Orobal, AEMIF, APFEM, Proyecto Hombre, Fundació per a Persones amb Discapacitat, Down Málaga, Hogar Sí, ASINDOWN, and AIPD Termini Imerese Sindrome Down.

17 social initiatives that brought together 350 beneficiaries and 142 volunteers from our hotels, connecting them through leisure and job training experiences in a relaxed and inclusive environment.
Once again, 15 social organizations working in the fields of disability and social exclusion gave us the opportunity to take part in therapeutic and sports activities, sail, share our professional knowledge, get to know each other better, recycle, cook, dance, sing, and laugh together.
This cause was made possible thanks to the professionals and beneficiaries of Un Mar de Posibilidades, Cáritas Spain and Italy, Apfem, Addif, Integra, Prodis, Santa María la Real, Red Cross, Fundatul, Personnes amb discapacitat, Aspanri Down, Ataretaco, and Cesal, with whom we shared unforgettable moments.
