A programme in parallel and aligned with the 4 Causes to Take Action campaign, in which team members from head offices in Madrid and Ibiza support projects to protect the environment and our local communities.

It is also another opportunity to work with various NGOs to help vulnerable people have some fun, smile and feel better and more integrated with our local society.

And it’s also a great opportunity for team building, doing something different to the day-to-day routine and interacting in a different way and place. No one is a boss, a senior or a junior - we’re all just colleagues working towards a common social and environmental goal.
